Profile Support sends over thousands of invoices a year to Axfood. As the main supplier, they were forced to do their invoicing via the Invoice Portal. "Meeting our customers' wishes is an obvious choice for us," says Henrik Johansson, Marketing Manager, Profile Support.

"We weren't entirely happy when we realized that we had to start invoicing via the Invoice Portal. But since we process over a thousand invoices per year for Axfood, it seemed like a natural step forward. In the long run, processing as many things as possible electronically is obviously the way of the future," says Henrik Johansson at Profile Support.

What benefits do you see with the Invoice Portal?
– Our costs are dropping. We avoid time-consuming mailroom work and sending off loads of envelopes. But foremost, we are helping our customers with their work. For us as a supplier, meeting our customers' requirements is an obvious choice.

What does the Invoice Portal involve in the long term?
"For our part, we are only using the option for sending invoices in a new way. We save a little bit of time by avoiding having to put the invoices in envelopes, but the real benefit goes to our customer. We are currently not working with any other part of the system. But maybe there are more advantages that we haven't discovered yet?
