Mass Connections of suppliers when authorities begin to do e-business

The government has decided that all state authorities have to streamline their operations and do their business electronically.
 ESV (The Swedish National Financial Management Authority) did a purchasing of framework agreement concerning e-trade but the purchasing was appealed. Now the administrative court of appeal has approved ESV’s purchasing and the award has now legal force.

Expert Systems is a subcontractor to Logica which is the first out of three contracted parties handling the new governmental framework agreements concerning e-business. Exder, a web-based system for electronic business, is a part of the solution that the suppliers receive in their agreement with Logica. All requirements in the new government contract is already in place in Exder today.

All authorities are already today connected to the Invoice Portal which makes it possible for the suppliers to send electronic invoices. It is great to now also be able to proceed with e-purchasing.
