Support and training are included in the user license!

Thanks to all of you who has responded in our customer survey. We have listened to your feedback and now we have stared the work with improvements based on your suggestions.  As a first change we are including support and training in the user license (from April 1 2011). This means that you can call support as much as you want and attend as many telephone training sessions as you want without worrying about the costs! All Exder users need a personal user license though. Find out more information in the new  pricelist.
