Support Agreement – Fixed Costs 

Support Agreement are additional services for those who want to have access to support and someone to ask without getting any extra charges. Your registered Exder User will be able to contact our Customer Service for help whenever necessary. Users must have undergone proper training in the Exder modules that you are using to be able to use the Support Agreements service.

Support Agreement as well as the other Exder modules can be paid annually, quarterly or monthly.

The customer service is available weekdays 8-17 and on the days before holiday 8-12.
