ePrinter for sending e-invoices to your system

For those of you who have a business system in Windows environment, Exder ePrinter is a simple and smooth alternative for sending electronic invoices to customers via the Invoice portal or other customers connected to Expert Systems. Through Expert Systems you also reach customers who are connected to any of our partners, e.g. Basware BT, EDB, Itella and Logica.

You install a virtual printer, Exder ePrinter, and then print the invoices via Exder ePrinter. Exder ePrinter transforms the invoice into a file and sends it electronically to the customer as specified by the customer. A transmission report is sent through e-mail to you every night where sent e-invoices are listed. Sent invoices are also saved in the archive in Exder.

The systems requirements for Exder ePrinter is Windows 2000, XP and connection to the internet.

Right information
Due to laws and regulations, you have to include certain information in your invoice file, e.g. VAT percentage. Sometimes certain mandatory information is pre-printed on the invoice form and are therefore missing in the invoice file. It could for example be pg/bg or organisation number. Such information can be completed through Exder.
