Connection to your regular systems with Link for suppliers

Exder Link is a connection between Exder EDI for your electronic business and your existing business system. Exder Link is intended for companies who cannot use Exder as their sole business system. When several systems are used by a company there is often a demand for double registry and the risk of errors increase. There is also an increased chance that not all directories are updated with the latest information.

Profitable with larger volumes

Automatic connections between systems are rarely profitable with smaller transaction volumes, but when the volumes increase the benefit of connection also increases. At larger volumes, you can quickly see the benefits in terms of time-savings and securer transfers.

Exder has a built-in support for many different business and logistic flows. For the most common business flows, Exder Link connects to several business systems.

Exder Link Invoice Copy

With Exder Link In-voice Copy you can easily have copies of invoices sent through Exder EDI or Exder Market sent to your existing business system. To support as many systems as possible there are two variants of Exder Link Invoice Copy. Through one method, your business system automatically retrieves those invoices that have not been previously downloaded. Alternatively, you manually log onto Exder, choose the invoices you want copies of, and download these as a file. This file is then transferred into your business system.

Exder Link Order Copy

Exder Link Order Copy exports orders from Exder so that you may import them into your regular order system. The module exports orders into XML format, when you order the module you can choose if you want to save the file locally, or if it should be sent to an FTP server. Normally, the export includes new orders, but you may also choose to export previously exported orders. Both manual and EDI orders can be exported. We can make adaptions if you want the file in other formats.
