Support level Standard
From April 1 2011, support is included in the user license. This means that you can call our customer service when you need help and support without receiving surprising invoices. Our customer service can with your permission see your screen and help you right away. Support errand start in turn-taking during office hours. If you have extra time critical business flows you can choose to ad Support level Plus or Support level Premium to receive guarantied fast support
Support level Plus
Action is taken within 3 hours during office hours. Customers with support level Plus will get support before customers with support level Standard. Price per month: 180 euro
Support level Premium
Action is taken within 1 hour. Customers with support level Premium will get support before customers with lower support level. Special telephone number for emergency outside office hours is included. Price per month: 600 euro
Our customer service is available weekdays 8-17 and on the days before holiday 8-13. The easiest way to report a support problem is to use the Help tab in Exder and choose “Request help from customer service”, then your case is sent with information from Exder directly to customer service.
