Education
We recommend that you attend a class in your Exder module to get the best start possible. From April 1 2011, scheduled standard trainings via teleconference are included in the user license. This means that you can attend as many training sessions as you want without worrying about the costs!

Support
From April 1 2011, support is included in the user license. This means that you can call our customer service when you need help and support without receiving surprising invoices.
Our customer service is available weekdays 8-17 and on the days before holiday 8-13.
