Our helpdesk is available weekdays 8-17 and on the days before holiday 8-13, Swedish time. The easiest way to report a problem is to use the Help tab in Exder and choose "Request help from customer service", then your case is sent with information from Exder directly to us. The support is provided in English and Swedish. Always use your Exder user ID when contacting customer service.

Training courses

Scheduled standard trainings via teleconference are included in the user license. You can attend as many training sessions as you want. We recommend that you attend a class in your Exder module to get the best start possible.

General training in Exder via telephone conference

With a class in the current Exder module you will easy get on track. General classes are available for EPC and EDI. General classes are open to participants from different companies. The training takes place in group sessions, in Swedish, via telephone conference and is our most popular alternative.

Preparations for telephone training

The participant should check that the received log-in ID and password work. Connect to the internet, start your web browser and go to www.exder.com. Please avoid noisy rooms, other participants may be disturbed.

Canceling or rebooking training

Cancellation or rebooking should take place two working days before the training is set to commence. If you cancel your training less than two working days before the training session, an administration fee will be invoiced.

Customer-specific training in Exder via telephone conference

We can offer a customer-specific telephone training to a basic fee. The training session is up to 2 hours per module, or according to agreement. The training can be held in English.

Specialized training at customers or our office

A customer-specific course in Exder module at the customer"s or at our office can be offered on demand.
